Shadow of Chernobyl навремето трябваше да се появи през 2003-2004, в противоположна насока - изцяло научнофантастичен екшън с названието "Oblivion Lost", което си е по вина на GSC изцяло - не са открили правилната формула от първия път, буквално са ползвали молив и гумичка.
Пък и в края на крайщата, голяма работа, една година - така още по-добре ще си проличи, дали не протакат и какво ще излезне накра. Изпълнени обещания или голата истина - поредната холивудизирана порция "от всичко по малко"

Today the Steam entry for Stalker 2 was updated, and has changed the sequel's subtitle to Heart of Chornobyl. This change has affected most of its Steam entries and description, though the original 'Heart of Chernobyl' spelling can still be seen on promotional art and some listings.
There's no statement about the change, but the reason behind it is almost certainly that Chornobyl is the Ukrainian spelling for the region, whereas Chernobyl is the Russian spelling.
